The lower half of the yin-yang design contains a relief depiction of a football (soccer ball). The legend 'NIUE ISLAND' curves along the upper right rim, while '10 DOLLARS' and 'ELIZABETH II' appear along the left and lower rim respectively. Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed portrait bust of Czech football legend Josef Kadraba facing slightly left, rendered in high relief with fine sculptural detail capturing his facial features and hair. The inscription 'JOSEF KADRABA' arcs along the upper left field, with 'CHILE' inscribed vertically below it. To the right, 'VICEMISTR SVĚTA' appears vertically along the rim, with the year '1962' inscribed beneath it in a column, commemorating the Czechoslovak team's runner-up finish at the 1962 FIFA World Cup in Chile. A facsimile signature of Josef Kadraba is engraved across the lower portion of the field, with the engraver's initials 'hp' visible at the bottom.
