| Obverse description | The upper portion of the obverse features the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II in right-facing profile, as designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, with the engraver's initials IRB visible below the truncation, set against a contrasting mirror-polished black field. The lower half of the design incorporates a textured, stone-like relief depicting bullet-scarred masonry walls, evoking the site of the 1942 assassination attempt on Reinhard Heydrich. The denomination 10 DOLLARS is inscribed vertically to the left of the central wall motif, flanked on both sides by stylized Lorraine cross symbols. The date 1942 appears prominently in large numerals at the base, with the year of issue 2022 inscribed vertically at the right, while the legend OPERACE ANTHROPOID arcs along the upper border. The Czech Mint mark (CM) and the engraver's mark appear within the design field. |
