| Obverse description | High-relief right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley for the fourth definitive portrait; the engraver's initials IRB appear below the truncation. The legend ELIZABETH II and AUSTRALIA arcs around the upper field, while the date 2018, the denomination 10 DOLLARS, and the purity and weight specifications 10 OZ 9999 Ag are inscribed along the lower and lateral fields.
