| Reverse description | The reverse presents a richly detailed and fully colored underwater scene dominated by a large, naturalistically rendered bottlenose dolphin occupying the central and right portions of the field, depicted in close portrait facing left with fine surface texture. Surrounding the dolphin are numerous colorful reef fish rendered in vivid polychrome enamel, including a clownfish, a blue tang, a blue triggerfish, and a moorish idol-type specimen, along with smaller uncolored fish in relief throughout the field. Coral formations and sea anemones populate the lower register, adding further naturalistic detail to the seabed environment. The upper border features a row of raised beads, with the legend MARINE LIFE PROTECTION arcing along the upper rim in bold capital letters, and the secondary inscription Final edition in cursive script appearing just below it in the upper field. |
