| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II set within a raised oval cartouche at the centre of the coin, rendered in fine relief against a textured antiqued field. The portrait is executed in a classical style with the Queen shown diademed with a tiara. The circular legend arcing above reads SOLOMON ISLANDS 10 DOLLARS, with ELIZABETH II split to either side of the portrait; the date 2023 appears below the effigy, and the fineness and weight designations Ag .999 and 10 oz are inscribed in the lower field. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents a highly detailed, high-relief depiction of a classical Trojan (Corinthian-style) helmet in three-quarter frontal view, shaped so that the coin itself conforms to the outline of the helmet. The helmet features a tall, finely striated horsehair plume or crest rising prominently above the crown, secured by a laurel-wreath band at its base. The face guard is open, framing a T-shaped visor aperture, with the cheek plates and neck guard bordered by a beaded dotted edge. The surface of the helmet is rendered with a heavily worn, battle-scarred antiqued texture, enhanced with incised decorative motifs including a horse on the left cheek plate. The overall composition is struck in antiqued finish silver giving the appearance of aged bronze. |
