| Obverse description | The obverse presents a dramatic high-relief sculptural depiction of the parting of the Red Sea, with towering walls of water surging on either side to reveal a dry passage through the center of the field. In the upper left, the Public Seal of Niue — a crowned shield with crossed paddles and floral motifs, bearing the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI — is rendered in fine detail against the turbulent seascape. Lightning bolts strike downward from the upper field, while a full moon is prominently rendered in the upper right. The date 2024 appears in the lower left field, and the legend NIUE 10 DOLLARS AG 999 5 OZ is incused along the lower rim. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features an exceptionally detailed high-relief colored scene depicting Moses parting the Red Sea. Moses dominates the upper left, portrayed as a bearded, long-haired figure standing upon a rocky promontory, his staff raised aloft in his right hand, robed in ochre and crimson garments rendered with selective color application. Behind him, the parted waters of the Red Sea recede to the horizon in the background field. The lower half of the field is densely populated with a multitude of Israelites in exodus — men, women, children, camels, and livestock — rendered in fine antiqued relief with accents of color highlighting robes and garments. The legend THE EXODUS appears vertically along the left rim in bold lettering. |
