Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue rendered in an ornate baroque composition dominates the central field, enclosed within a decorative polygonal border bearing the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE. The seal is flanked by large spread wings and crossed swords, all set against a richly detailed background of flowing scrollwork and acanthus-like foliage. A royal crown surmounts the central device, and a ribbon scroll beneath bears the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TEN DOLLARS appears vertically along the right rim, with NIUE ISLAND along the left rim, while 5 oz, Ag 999, the XXI mint mark, and the date 2024 are inscribed in the lower field.

Reverse description A high-relief, antiqued depiction of Saint Michael the Archangel in three-quarter view occupies the full field, rendered with exceptional sculptural detail. The archangel is portrayed as a powerful warrior clad in richly gilded Roman-style armor with a blue cloak draped over his shoulders, his large feathered wings spread prominently behind him. In his right hand he raises a jewelled sword with a gilded cross-guard, while his left hand grips a large blue enamelled kite shield bearing the golden trident of Ukraine (the Ukrainian state emblem) in selective color. A radiant golden halo crowns his flowing silver hair, and silhouettes of Kyiv's cathedral domes are visible in the lower left and right fields. The inscription ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL appears on a banner scroll along the lower rim.
