| Reverse description | A finely engraved three-quarter front-left view of the Škoda Popular Monte Carlo automobile occupies the central field, depicted in detailed relief with prominent streamlined bodywork, louvred engine vents, and period-correct wire-spoke wheels. The arc legend ŠKODA POPULAR MONTE CARLO 1935-1938 curves along the upper periphery. In the lower field, a rectangular rally plate bearing the competition number 54 surmounts the bold legend RALLYE MONTE-CARLO. To the lower left of the vehicle appear the engraver's initials MD above the Czech Mint privy mark ČM crowned, while the fineness mark Au 999.9 is inscribed in the lower exergue. |
