| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of King Charles III occupies the central field of this rectangular gold piece, rendered in high relief with fine portrait detail including jacket and collar. The legend SOLOMON ISLANDS is inscribed in two lines across the upper field above the portrait.
