Obverse description Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III, rendered in high relief against a radially lined field that extends to the rim. The portrait, designed by Steven Rosati, presents the King in civilian attire with a collar and tie visible at the truncation. The legend CHARLES III is inscribed along the left arc and D·G·REX along the right arc. The denomination 10 DOLLARS appears in the lower field beneath the effigy. The initials SR appear at the portrait truncation.
