| Obverse description | The obverse of this rhombus-shaped proof coin displays the national coat of arms of the Republic of Palau in the central field, depicting a traditional canoe above a heraldic shield featuring Neptune seated with a trident alongside a female figure, set against a stylized ocean scene. A curved arc of five six-pointed stars flanks the shield on either side, evoking the Southern Cross constellation.
