| Obverse description | The obverse displays the official seal of the Republic of the Marshall Islands centrally positioned within a decorative beaded border. The seal depicts a traditional Marshallese outrigger sailing canoe at right, a frigate bird in flight, crossed palm fronds, a rising sun with radiating rays, and a nuclear test monitoring station motif in the lower field. The denomination '$10' and date '1991' appear flanking the seal at left and right respectively.
