| Reverse description | Two gilt Chilean Flamingos (Phoenicopterus chilensis) are depicted in the central field, one standing upright with neck curved and the other bending down toward the water, rendered in high relief with selective gold gilding highlighting their plumage. Foliage and aquatic vegetation frame the birds in the background, evoking their natural habitat. A beaded inner border surrounds the design, with the arching legend 'ARGENTINA' at the top and 'CHILEAN FLAMINGO' along the lower arc. The coin's silver field provides a contrasting background to the gilt figures. |

| Additional information |
Liberia's prolific early-2000s wildlife series was produced almost entirely for the collector export market, with no meaningful domestic circulation. The country issued coins under dozens of themed programs during this period through arrangements with foreign minting and marketing firms — Liberia itself had little administrative involvement beyond licensing the authority to strike in its name.
KM#762 is one of several hundred distinct types cataloged from this era, the sheer volume of which has suppressed secondary market values across the entire program.
