SPECIMEN
Reverse description Printed entirely in orange-red, the reverse presents a large central guilloche medallion with "TEN DOLLARS" lettered in bold serif type at centre. Elaborate lathe-work rosettes anchor each corner, and a scalloped guilloche border frames the entire design. A "SPECIMEN" overprint is visible in blue at the lower centre.
