Disney Dollars were discontinued in 2016, replaced by Disney gift cards. A 2025 issue bearing the Disney Dollars name would be anomalous — the series had an acknowledged end date, and The Walt Disney Company has not revived it. Whether this is a fantasy note, a commemorative souvenir item, or a catalog error is worth establishing before acquisition.
