Reverse description The upper half of the reverse carries a panoramic vignette of the Palace of Culture in Amman, rendered in fine intaglio engraving against a pale lilac and green underprint. The lower centre presents an aerial view of the Roman Amphitheatre of Amman, flanked at right by a close-up of ancient Roman columns. The denomination "TEN DINARS" is inscribed in large serif lettering at upper right, with bilingual Arabic and English legends identifying both architectural subjects.
