Obverse description Bare-headed effigy of King Aleksandar I of Yugoslavia in left-facing profile, rendered in high relief with fine detailing of the hair. The truncation of the bust is visible at the lower field. The circumferential legend reads ALEKSANDAR I. KRALJ JUGOSLAVIJE, distributed along the upper and right periphery in raised Latin letters. The design is enclosed by a continuous inner beaded border.

Reverse description Central device comprises the Yugoslav royal double-headed eagle displayed, with wings spread, each head facing outward. A royal crown surmounts the two heads at the top. Upon the eagle's breast is superimposed the quartered royal coat of arms of Yugoslavia. The date 19-31 is divided across the lower field flanking the eagle's talons, with 19 to the left and 31 to the right. The denomination legend 10 DINARA curves along the lower periphery in raised Latin letters. The entire design is enclosed by a beaded border.
