| Obverse description | The effigy of Queen Elizabeth II is portrayed in right-facing profile, depicting Her Majesty at approximately 64 years of age. The portrait, executed by Dora de Pédery-Hunt, shows the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem, a pearl necklace, and drop earrings.
