Reverse description A naturalistically rendered yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) is depicted in high relief, oriented diagonally across the central field with its characteristic elongated dorsal and pectoral fins finely detailed. The numeral 10 appears to the right of the fish in large raised figures, accompanied by stylised wave motifs. The spelled-out denomination TEN CENTS is inscribed in bold raised Latin lettering along the lower periphery, curving to follow the coin's rim. The overall composition is balanced and characteristic of the decorative naturalist style employed across the Seychelles definitive coinage series.
