| Obverse description | The municipal coat of arms of Vervins occupies the central field, depicting a fortified tower gateway surmounted by a mural crown, with a ribbon scroll below bearing the city motto DIEU EN SOIT GARDE. The date 1922 appears beneath the shield in the lower field. The circular legend UNION · COMMERCIALE arcs across the upper periphery, while · VERVINS · is inscribed along the lower periphery, the whole contained within a plain raised rim. |
