Obverse description Large numeral '10' dominates the central field, with a small superscript 'C' to the right denoting centimes. The issuer's name 'CRECY EN BRIE' arcs across the upper portion of the coin, while the departmental designation 'SEINE ET MARNE' curves along the lower periphery. Small decorative star stops separate the legends at either side. The design is plain and utilitarian, consistent with wartime emergency coinage struck in zinc.
