| Obverse description | Printed in brown on white paper, the obverse carries the heading GOBIERNO CONSTITUCIONALISTA across the top within a ruled border with ornamental corner devices. To the left, a large bold numeral '10' above the word CENTAVOS in a recessed panel, accompanied by the word VALE. At centre, the seal of the State of Veracruz-Llave — a circular vignette with a star motif — is inscribed DEL EDO. L. Y S. above and DE VERACRUZ-LLAVE below on a ribbon. To the right, a portrait bust of a male figure in three-quarter left profile rendered in a line-engraved style. |

| Reverse description | Printed in brown on white paper, the reverse is centred on a heraldic eagle vignette representing the coat of arms of Veracruz, with wings spread and a crowned shield, flanked on both sides by guilloche rosette panels bearing the numeral '10' in the corners. The word TRANSITORIO appears in bold letterpress on both the left and right flanks. Below the eagle, the series letter and the date 1915 are printed in a ruled cartouche, accompanied by a manuscript signature in magenta ink. A magenta overprint stamp is applied to the upper left area. |
