(Translation: Republic of Cuba Ten Cents)
Reverse description A bold five-pointed star dominates the central field, surrounded by radiating rays extending toward the rim, evoking the Cuban revolutionary tradition. The patriotic motto PATRIA Y LIBERTAD curves along the upper rim, while the weight (2.5 G.) and fineness (900 M.) are inscribed on either side of the star in the field. The year of issue appears in the exergue below the central device. The overall composition is restrained and heraldic, consistent with the engraving style of Charles Edward Barber.
