Obverse description High-relief effigy of King Charles III facing left, rendered in a contemporary unadorned portrait style within the central field. The bust is encircled by concentric orbital rings adorned with spherical nodes, evoking a stylised solar system motif. The legend REPUBLIC OF GHANA arcs along the upper rim and 10 CEDIS along the right, both in raised Latin capitals. The inscription CHARLES III appears along the lower rim, while the fineness AG 999, weight denomination 2 OZ, and date 2024 are inscribed along the left orbital band. The XXI mint mark appears discreetly within the orbital design to the right of the effigy.

Reverse description A highly detailed high-relief composition centred on a stylised radiant sun with elongated, multi-layered rays emanating from a concave polished circular field representing the solar disc. Eight planetary symbols of the classical and modern solar system — including those for Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter, Cancer, Mercury, the Moon, and Venus — are each enclosed within raised circular cartouches and arranged around the central sun in a ring. The background field is engraved with a fine network of orbital trajectories, comets, and star motifs, creating a rich astronomical tableau. At the lower centre, a faceted amber-coloured crystal gemstone is set into the coin, representing the Earth element. No inscriptions appear on the reverse.
