| Obverse description | Central field bears four large Chinese ideograms arranged to be read top to bottom and right to left, with a floral ornament at the centre. A surrounding peripheral legend in Chinese characters reads clockwise, conveying the inscription denoting manufacture at Kashgar, Sinkiang, denomination of ten cash, and copper coinage of the Republic. The overall design is characteristic of the provincial copper cash issues of the Chinese Republican era. |
