| Obverse description | Central field occupied by two large Chinese characters (將 獎, meaning 'prize' or 'award') rendered in bold relief within a beaded inner circle. Surrounding the central motif, a circular legend in Chinese characters reads 安徽撫提部院誠, identifying the Anhwei Military Bureau. The design is contained within a plain raised rim, with no exergue.
