Reverse description A finely detailed pair of confronted dragons, rendered in high relief, flank the central square hole, their scaly bodies coiling symmetrically around it with heads meeting above and tails descending below amid stylized crashing waves. The dragons display prominent claws, flowing whiskers, and open jaws, conveying imperial authority in the classic Qing dynasty style. A beaded border frames the entire design. The curved legend AN-HUI arcs along the upper periphery, while TEN CASH appears along the lower periphery, both in serif Latin capital letters. Four-pointed asterisk ornaments serve as separators between the English legends and the dragon bodies at the sides.
