Obverse description	The obverse is dominated by an intaglio portrait of Cecilio Guzmán de Rojas at right, rendered in fine engraving against a pale guilloche underprint. The upper portion bears the issuing authority inscription 'BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA' within a decorative panel, with the denomination 'DIEZ BOLIVIANOS' in bold letterpress at centre. The Bolivian national coat of arms appears at lower left alongside two facsimile signatures, with serial number repeated twice and a small security device at lower left corner.
