Obverse description Conjoined busts of three royal patronesses of the Thai Red Cross Society depicted in overlapping portrait style facing slightly left, each shown in traditional Thai court dress with jewelry and decorative collars. The central figure is positioned uppermost, flanked by the other two effigies. A Thai script legend curves around the lower periphery and along the sides of the field, identifying the three patronesses: Queen Savang Vadhana (Somdej Phra Sri Patcharin), Queen Saowapha Phongsri (Somdej Phra Sri Savarindira), and Queen Sirikit.
