Obverse description Conjoined effigies of King Rama VI and King Rama IX facing left, both depicted in formal military dress uniforms with elaborate epaulettes, aiguillettes, and decorative insignia. The foreground figure, King Rama IX (Bhumibol Adulyadej), is rendered in greater relief and detail, wearing spectacles. Thai legends identifying each monarch flank the busts vertically on either side of the field, reading 'รัชกาลที่ ๖' to the left and 'รัชกาลที่ ๙' to the right.
