Obverse description The coat of arms of Abkhazia occupies the center of the obverse, depicting a mounted archer on horseback within a shield-shaped cartouche. The denomination '10 ПСАРК' (10 Apsars) is inscribed in large Cyrillic characters along the upper field, with the fineness mark 'Ag 925' running vertically along the left field. The issuer inscription 'АПСНЫ АБАНК' (Bank of Abkhazia) appears in bold Cyrillic lettering below the arms, and the date '2011' is set against a decorative repeating text background in the lower portion of the field. The engraver's initials appear discreetly to the right of the coat of arms.
