Obverse description Bimetallic-style design featuring an inner disc set against a star-field ground, at the centre of which appears a relief gold-plated device commemorating the 20th anniversary of the People of Abkhazia's victory in the Patriotic War of 1992–1993. The outer ring bears the mint mark (ММД) and, in the upper arc, the denomination 10 ҦСАРК, the year of issue 2013, and the metal specifications Ag 925 and weight 31.1 g. To the right is the emblem of the Bank of Abkhazia, while the lower portion of the outer disc carries the inscription АҦСНЫ АБАНК (Bank of Abkhazia) in Abkhaz in a mirror-polished field. A continuous dotted border runs along the inner circumference.

Reverse description The inner disc presents a right-facing profile portrait of Major-General Sultan Sosnaliev, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Abkhazia during the Patriotic War of 1992–1993, accompanied by the inscription СОСНАЛИЕВ С.А. beneath the effigy. The surrounding outer ring is gold-plated and carries inscriptions in Abkhaz separated by dot dividers: in the upper arc, АҦСНЫ АҲӘЫНҬҚАРРА (The Republic of Abkhazia), and in the lower arc, the commemorative dates 1993 and 2013 flanking the word АИААИРА (Victory). A continuous dotted border encircles the design.
