| Obverse description | The obverse of this eight-lobed scalloped gold coin displays the national emblem of the People's Republic of China at center, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. The emblem depicts Tiananmen Gate surmounted by five gold stars, encircled by a wreath of grain ears interlaced with a cogwheel at the base, all executed in frosted relief. The legend 中华人民共和国 (People's Republic of China) is inscribed in Chinese characters in a graceful arc along the upper border of the coin. The date 2024 appears in Arabic numerals at the lower field.
