| Obverse description | Black letterpress print on a light ground. A central vignette presents a rural landscape with trees at left and a multi-storey pagoda on rocky terrain at right, framed within a decorative cartouche. The bank name 西北農民銀行 appears across the top, the denomination 壹萬圓 in large Chinese characters occupies the centre, and a serial number with prefix letters is printed in red at upper left; two red seal chops flank the central vignette, with the Republican calendar date 中華民國三十七年 along the lower margin. |
