| Obverse description | A novelty fantasy note in the style of a 10,000 Yen banknote, with the Sanrio character Gudetama as the central vignette in place of a conventional portrait. The denomination 10000 appears in numerals alongside the inscriptions BANK OF JAPAN and GOLD 999999, rendered in a style imitating official Japanese currency. The overall layout employs decorative underprint elements referencing authentic Japanese banknote design conventions. |

This is not a banknote. Sanrio's Gudetama character merchandise includes novelty items styled after currency, but Japan's central bank — the Bank of Japan — has never issued a 10,000 yen note bearing Gudetama or any Sanrio intellectual property. No such instrument exists in any recognized Pick, JNDA, or equivalent catalog.
