| Obverse description | Horizontally oriented bond-style note printed in black on plain white paper. The left portion carries French-language text in vertical orientation reading the denomination and maturity terms, flanked by an ornate oval guilloche vignette with the numeral '10000'. The central field contains multi-line Cyrillic typeface text body issuing the promise of payment, dated 15 February 1919, with manuscript signatures of the President of the Provisional Government of the Northern Region and the Finance Department official, along with a serial number in the lower left.
