Obverse description Green letterpress-printed note on watermarked paper, with the denomination 10000 rendered six times through deliberate omission of the beige underprint — twice each in the upper and lower margins, and once each at left and right. Three tri-pointed heraldic crowns appear at both the left and right flanks, positioned above circular red-printed 'Siegel der Stadt Cöln' (Seal of the City of Cologne) cartouches. The overall layout is formal and typographic, consistent with municipal notgeld printing practice of the early Weimar inflation period.
