Reverse description The reverse is printed in shades of green and salmon, with a guilloche underprint of fine rosette scrollwork forming horizontal bands across the field. A large central oval vignette, framed by a decorative scalloped cartouche, contains an engraved image of a chained bear — a traditional heraldic symbol associated with Breslau — rendered in dark brown intaglio-style line work against a pale green ground. The denomination '10000' and the word 'Mark' in Gothic blackletter appear in each of the four corners, and a red serial number is printed vertically along the right margin.
