| Obverse description | The upper portion of the obverse carries a large grey-green and ochre underprint vignette of a historic stepped-gable building, with the denomination '10000 Mk' repeated in the upper left and right corners. The lower half bears the value inscription 'Zehntausend Mark' in bold blackletter script, followed by a multi-line Fraktur text identifying the issuing municipal and district treasuries of Dortmund and Hörde, and the date 'Dortmund, am 1. Febr. 1923'. A circular embossed seal at lower left, a red alphanumeric serial number, and two manuscript signatures of municipal officials complete the note. |
