| Obverse description | The upper register carries two identical oval vignettes of a young woman with flowers in her hair, flanking a central guilloche panel with the large numeral "10.000" in dark intaglio. Elaborate Art Nouveau filigree and geometric underprint fill the entire face, with a secondary numeral "10.000" in a blue guilloche cartouche at the lower centre. A vertical overprint reading "DEUTSCHÖSTERREICH" appears at the left margin, and the legend "II. AUFLAGE" (2nd issue) is printed vertically at the left, along with the Austrian arms. |

| Obverse lettering | DEUTSCHÖSTERREICH (Translation: German Austria) |
| Reverse description | The reverse retains the original Austro-Hungarian design centred on a female vignette amid dense Art Nouveau guilloche ornament, without any Hungarian-language text, distinguishing this overprinted issue from its predecessor. |
