| Reverse description | The reverse presents a finely modelled draped bust of Zsuzsanna Kossuth facing slightly left, her hair arranged in a long braided plait falling over her left shoulder, depicted in a restrained neoclassical portrait style. The engraver's initials EI appear in small letters at the lower left of the bust. The legend KOSSUTH ZSUZSANNA curves along the upper right rim in raised Latin lettering. To the right of the bust, the inscription HAZÁNK ELSŐ FŐÁPOLÓJA is arranged in three lines within the field, followed by her birth and death years 1817–1854 below, commemorating her as Hungary's first chief nursing officer. |
