| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized globe motif overlaid with a dynamic depiction of a military jet aircraft in flight, rendered in high relief against a striated background suggestive of speed and movement. The denomination '10000' appears prominently in the lower central field, followed below by the Armenian script 'ԴՐԱՄ' (Dram). A circular Armenian legend surrounds the design, reading 'ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԿԵՆՏՐՈՆԱԿԱՆ ԲԱՆԿ' (Republic of Armenia Central Bank) with the date '2007' positioned at the top. The overall composition is executed in proof finish with frosted devices set against mirror fields. |

| Additional information |
Shushi — known to Azerbaijanis as Şuşa — fell to Armenian forces on May 8, 1992, a pivotal moment in the First Nagorno-Karabakh War that effectively secured the land corridor to Stepanakert. The date is marked annually in Armenia as Shushi Liberation Day. This 2007 commemorative was issued fifteen years after that event, part of a broader Armenian program of gold issues honoring the Karabakh conflict milestones.
