The Narodna Banka Srpske Republike Bosne i Hercegovine — the central bank of the Republika Srpska entity during the Bosnian War — printed this note in Banja Luka as hyperinflation rendered denominations obsolete almost immediately upon issue. The 10,000,000 dinar figure reflects just how rapidly the currency collapsed in 1993; the Yugoslav dinar it shadowed was itself being reissued in successive "nova" iterations as zeros multiplied.
This particular note was prepared but never formally released into circulation. Whether held back due to a denomination leap or simply overtaken by the next reissue cycle before distribution occurred is not fully documented.
