The circular English legend MEMENTO arcs across the top and BIRTH OF REPUBLIC OF CHINA around the lower periphery, all within a raised beaded inner circle. Two small star or rosette ornaments (depending on variety) divide the legend at the sides. The entire design is framed by a milled outer rim with beaded border. |
