| Reverse description | Printed entirely in red on cream paper, the reverse carries a full-text official proclamation from the Guangxi Provincial Government within a guilloche border with ornamental corner medallions bearing the denomination numeral 1. A large red official square seal is affixed at left centre, with the signature of Provincial Chairman Huang Xüchu (黃旭初) below. The text authorises the Kwangsi Farmers Bank to issue agricultural produce certificates for circulation at full face value in all public and private transactions, with penalties prescribed for refusal or discounting. |
