Reverse description The reverse features a highly detailed Chinese imperial dragon rendered in high relief, its sinuous body coiling to fill the field and its head depicted frontally at centre top, with flame-edged scales and clawed feet spread dramatically across the design. A flaming pearl is positioned beneath the dragon's head at the centre of the composition. The dragon is enclosed within an inner beaded circle, beyond which two clusters of dots (rosettes) appear at the left and right, serving as decorative flanking devices. The entire design is further bounded by an outer beaded border. The image shown displays four circles beneath the pearl at either side, consistent with the Y#258.1 variety.
