Reverse description	The reverse is printed predominantly in pale green and grey tones on a plain paper ground. A large central guilloche rosette medallion, with delicate floral lathe-work, occupies the majority of the field, with Japanese characters at its centre. A red circular official stamp reading 出納局長 is applied in the upper right quadrant, and a smaller pink control stamp appears at lower centre.
