| Reverse description | A cross pattée divides the reverse field into four quarters, with two six-pointed stars placed in opposite angles of the cross. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, beyond which runs the circular legend in uncial lettering reading MONETA BRANDEPO, an abbreviation for Moneta Brandenburgensis, referencing the monetary tradition of the Brandenburg region. The flat hammered fabric and irregular flan are typical of early fifteenth-century North German municipal coinage. |
