| Reverse description | The elaborately quartered royal coat of arms of the Kingdom of Hannover, surmounted by a large imperial crown, is displayed at center. The shield is supported on the left by a rampant lion and on the right by a rearing unicorn in chains, both rendered with fine heraldic detail. Decorative mantling, floral sprays, and scrollwork fill the lower field, with the motto scroll beneath the shield. The circular legend reads EIN VEREINSTHALER XXX EIN PFUND FEIN, and the date appears divided in the exergue as 18 – 59, flanked by the mint mark B. A beaded border frames the entire composition. |
