Obverse description Draped allegorical figure of Liberty seated facing right upon a bale of goods, holding a staff or scepter in her right hand and resting her left hand upon a shield bearing the inscription LIBERTY. A terrestrial globe appears to the left, with radiating sunbeams filling the field behind the figure. The date 2010 is inscribed in the lower exergue, and the mint initials DC appear at lower right. The coin is encircled by a beaded border.
